Strength is the card of soft power: you don't break the lion, you calm it. In plain terms, composure, character, and the kind of charm that gets more done than shouting. It often shows up for people who doubt they can cope; its answer is that you can. As a person it's the calm one in the room, the trainer, the good manager.

Strength upright
Upright, Strength means you have the character for this. Asked "will I cope" or "will I win", it says yes, provided you act calmly. It also shows good health, optimism and steady growth.
Say a client keeps moving the goalposts: hold your price, stay polite, repeat it as many times as needed. It also marks the moment to step over a fear.
Strength reversed
Reversed, it's self-doubt or force in the wrong place. Either you don't believe you'll manage and give up early, afraid of a lion you tamed long ago; or you snap, push, try to bulldoze where patience was needed. For the body it can mean low reserves, a sign to rest. Recall what you've already handled and go back to a calm tone.
Strength in love and relationships
Upright, Strength is passion under control and strong attraction: a relationship with real physical pull where nobody loses their head. Single, it's a period when you're especially attractive. For a couple, patience and warmth win over a stubborn partner better than a scene; the argument about the in-laws goes better said softly.
Reversed, it's jealousy, pressure, a power struggle, or one partner putting up with too much for fear of being left.
Work and money
At work Strength is a project that needs stamina, and you have it. You'll handle the difficult client, the competitor, the heavy workload. In money it's steady strengthening and property, what you hold on to, not quick schemes.
